From 22 to 24 July the eighth edition of the Cisterna Film Festival will be held in Palazzo Caetani, organized by Mobilitazioni Artistiche Cultural Association and with the artistic direction of Cristian Scardigno. After two difficult years with regard to management and organization due to the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are trying to return to normal. First of all, let’s re-embrace our favorite location, Palazzo Caetani, which will welcome us once again in all its splendor, as it has always done for the past eight years: in its historic courtyard, the audience will be able to attend the screenings of the short films finalists and vote for their favorite as usual. In addition to the Audience Award, this year the Jury Award – Best Film, the Grand Jury Award – Best Director, the Mobilitazioni Artistiche Award – Best Performer and Special Mentions, will also be presented during the final evening. The Cisterna Film Festival reaffirms the photographic exhibition dedicated to the works of the Festival cover photo artist, Emanuele Manco. A personal exhibition of the artist will be inaugurated on Friday 22 July in the halls of the La Mimosa Gallery of Palazzo Caetani, which will then be possible to visit for the duration of the festival. The evenings will be opened by short films from the Focus On Croatia section, organized in collaboration with the Croatian Audiovisual Center (Hrvatski Audiovizualni Centar).

Here are the titles of the final selection, which includes three Italian premieres.
